Check out this video by Joseph Alter. Very good demo of musculature using corrective sculpts.
P.S. Study of anatomy is very important to visualize the creation of realistic and believable deformation for any organic character. This video could be a great resource for that purpose. Yes all the goodness comes outside the box in this case.

Here is a quick test for cloth simulation using nCloth dynamics. There are still some stuffs that needs to be looked after but over all a good result.
The cloth simulation and animation is a part of Puppeteer Lounge nCloth Setup Workshop where we start from the basic cloth creation using nCloth up to a detailed instruction on tweaking and fixing cloth animation for character.

The Cathedral (Polish: Katedra) is the title of a science fiction short story by Jacek Dukaj, winner of the Janusz A. Zajdel Award in 2000; and of a 2002 short animated movie by Tomasz Bagiński, based on the story. The film was nominated in 2002 for the Academy Award for Animated Short Film for the 75th Academy Awards. The movie won the title of Best Animated Short at Siggraph 2002 in San Antonio as well as several other awards.
